We collect: (a) Contractor account information — name, email, business name, phone, and payment information; (b) Customer information submitted through the widget — name, phone, email, service address, and problem descriptions; (c) Usage data — estimates generated, bookings made, and feature usage.
We use collected information to: provide the EstimateIQ service; send SMS and email notifications for bookings; process payments through Stripe; generate AI-powered estimates via the Anthropic Claude API; improve the service; and communicate with you about your account.
Homeowner data submitted through the widget is collected on behalf of the contractor. This data is stored securely and is only accessible by the contractor whose widget collected it. We do not sell homeowner data to third parties.
Phone numbers are used solely to send appointment confirmations and reminders on behalf of the contractor. We use Twilio to send SMS messages. Messages are limited to service-related communications. Recipients can contact the contractor to opt out.
Problem descriptions entered in the widget are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to classify the issue and generate estimates. These descriptions may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not send personally identifiable information to Anthropic.
Data is stored in Supabase with industry-standard encryption. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
Contractor account data is retained while the account is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Booking and lead records are retained for 3 years. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
We use: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Anthropic (AI), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may export your leads and booking data from the dashboard at any time.
